Mal Thee DJ

Mal thee DJ (@maltheedj) is a Lagos-born Kingston-based DJ with a deep love of good music and very little respect for genre boundaries.

Growing up in Lagos, music was everywhere and moving countries as a teenager only made her musical world bigger. Her sets move from neo-soul, funk, house to amapiano, hip-hop, afrobeats & dancehall following the connections between them. Outside the booth, Mal is also a harpist and pianist performing with Sam The Band, a Nigerian-Canadian girl band who just released their debut single 'Set me Free'!
