Malo Moray & His Inflatable Knee is the solo project and experimental ambient collective founded in 2020 by Leipzig based upright bassist/multiinstrumentalist/concept artist Martin ‘Malo’ Riebel. Leading a playful, spacious search for immersion and truth through atmospheric, complex and free improvisation inspired by the cosmos, nature and obsolete sounds, Malo’s immersive and subtly sarcastic music is mostly compared to the noisy avant-garde works of Lou Reed, John Zorn or Brian Eno.
