Malissa is the founder of Sisu, a female artistic community-based in London which evolved from her series of DJ workshops held at Southbank Centre. Their accessibility and top-notch guests kick-started an energy which now explores radio and events. This is supported by her role as station manager at Threads Radio, a thriving radio community in Tottenham!

Malissa’s sets blend eerie ambience with intriguing rhythms, often filled with potent percussion.

Some of her highlights so far include playing alongside Violent Blondes, Max Graef, Breakwave, Alex T and being booked on stages at Boomtown Fair, Noisily Festival of Music and Arts and Nation of Gondwana celebrating their 25th year in 2019 where she will join the likes of Denis Sulta, RODHAD, Stimming and Radio Slave!
