Makke was at the right place at the right time.
Being an employee at the club “Die Grube” in Sauerland, he met Sascha Flux, who organized the “SubTech Sessions” regularly in 2009.
Flux’s influence as well as artists who spun at the SubTech Sessions, inspired Makke to work on the decks.
He began by performing at small parties but because of his individual style from electro via minimal to techno, he drew quite a crowd. In 2010, he performed regularly at electro parties at the “Grube” in Sauerland, but soon outgrew this smaller scene. Moving to Cologne, he was able to expand his audience group.
He has spun at several clubs in Cologne and the surrounding area. Makke has worked with Broombeck, Stefano de Mattia (Rome), Götzlich, Emerson, Holgi Star, Philo & Matthias Belz, Sascha Flux, Rocksteady & Bebop, neoBeo and others.
