I am 73 years young have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. I have been teaching Tia Chi for 12 years and qigong for 1year. I take a meditation class i night a week. I strive to be a better person everyday. Not that I succeed but I keep trying. God loves a tryer.x x x x x x x
