Fedrick "Mad Bwoy" Manderson was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica. He grew up listening to the sounds of Reggae, Hip-Hop and R&B music by legendary artists like Bob Marley, Beres Hammand, Michael Jackson, Bounty Killer and R. Kelly. As he got older he began to listen to everything from the Bee Gee's to Biggie Smalls and Tupac, which continue to inspire him.

As a child Mad Bwoy spent a great deal of time in the studio with his brother, music producer and artist, Cush Hunta. Under his brother’s guidance Mad-Bwoy began recording demos and developed his unique sound.

Mad Bwoy released his first mix tape in the summer of 2007 entitled KING OF 603 which was hosted by the renowned DJ 4iegn of Renegade Sound Station. KING OF 603 has sold over 10,000 copies. Mad Bwoy has been featured on many radio stations including Jamn 94.5 and 88.9 WERS as well as the Jamaican Star in 2008.
