Dr Luke Shrink [AKA DJ Rotate] started collecting records in the early 1980's and in 1983 he became involved in the great Hip Hop movement/artform. He has been Djing since 1989 and is well skilled in the art of mixing vinyl!! He has bought and sold over 30,000 records and has around 10,000 records at present. His current vinyl collection is mostly Funk, Rock, Hip Hop, Reggae, Jazz Fusion, Library and Soundtracks.He has also been involved in music production since the 1990's . He has recently worked on some projects with the band 'The Sixth Letter', John Idem AKA 'Johnny Crates', 'Xidus Pain' and 'Intelligent Madness'. Dr Shrink has DJed in many places in the UK and throughout the World. He has entered the DMC DJ Championships several times since 1990 through to 2010. He has DJed at the Hip Hop nights - 'MildStyle' and ' Throwdown' regularly and also promoted and organised the nights. Other nights that Dr Shrink has Djed at include Funk Fridays, Beat Route, Any Old Soul and Dig Deep. .
