I’ve been into music since I was born. Obsessed with vinyl, I started DJing when I was 10 years old (back in 1983) in a roller skating ring. Back then my tastes revolved around mainly soul/funk/disco, but this soon progressed into House music which then led me to start playing all kinds of clubs, raves and underground parties in the west country. From 16 years old I was playing to packed clubs of 1800 capacity several times a week as well as major acid house raves in Bristol and the surrounding area. In the 90’s I joined forces with my good friend and DJ Haze to start our own night in Bristol - called Strange Fruit. Strange Fruit quickly became Bristol’s leading underground event - specialising in techno, trance and psychedelic……
