What began for me as a disabled volunteer radio DJ on a community radio station over 23 years ago here in the U.K. has become a mission to commemorate so many forgotten bands and musical heroes from the 60’s & 70’s to whom I owe so much of my own musical development. ‘The Rock of Ages Radio Show’ has evolved over the years into a world wide syndicated show and has been described by some commentators as a cult radio show which features Vintage & Classic rock with leanings towards 1960s west coast psychedelia with serious helpings of 1970s USA/British rock/blues, Southern Rock and some bands who fall in between genres and others who simply fell through the cracks into total obscurity. A special thanks to Jonathan Rios of 920WON The Apple for uploading some of the shows onto Mixcloud. Looking forward to seeing you all down the ‘time coast’ on ‘The Rock of Ages Show’ where the sun never sets and the musician’s collective consciousness reigns supreme, music makes memories!
