In 1988 Luc Poublon and Peter Knipmeijer started DJ'ing together for the first time. They were looking for a cool (DJ) project name and they used their initials. They came up with LPK. The LPK DJ Team started DJ'ing on small private parties playing most of the time dance classics. Nowadays they mainly mix Groovy/Disco house tunes. In 1996 they started mixing their first yearmix made in the Initials Studio. They named the megamix the "Klubbsounds" Yearmix and they used 100 of the hottest tracks played in clubs. The yearmix is broadcasted worldwide and in Holland it was on the biggest radiostations like ID&T radio, Slam FM and 3FM. After 10 Klubbsounds yearmixes and one Millennium mix of 1 hour they stopped making these mixes. They liked the Klubbsounds name and decided to start their own radioshow in 2009 using this name. This radioshow presented and mixed by Luc and Peter is broadcast in various countries and internet radiostations. Here you can find all their shows!
