Maria Vaello

Maria Mercedes Vaello, a restaurant owner with close to 30 years of experience. She has owned multiple restaurants and a catering service. Among them, Johnny’s Catering (1988-1993), Morgan’s Restaurant (1997-2004), Varadero Restaurant (2008-2014), the award-winning Nana’s Pizza (2014-Current) and Nana’s Italian Cuisine (2016- Current). In this article we interview both Analiz and Maria to gain some perspective on their take for Puerto Rico’s future.
