Interview - Analiz Solivan

A third generation cook and hotelier, Analiz Solivan has worked in a hospitality operation owned by her family for more than forty years. Brandemar Hotel and Restaurant was started by her great uncle Herminio, along with her grandmother Carmen(who has been the kitchen manager since the restaurant opened). The hotel is located in the Branderi Coast District, which is part of the municipality of Guayama, Puerto Rico.
