Lord Toby Jug – The Official Monster Raving Loony Party Lord Toby Jug, who says he is 47or 27 plus VAT, is an experienced election campaigner, having fought four general elections, including 2005 when he took on former Tory leader Michael Howard, and around a twent local elections. He is the leader of the Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire Official Monster Raving Loony Party and party positions include Shadow Minister for Rock 'n' Roll and Tea Drinking. A musician and jester, he lives in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, and lists Screaming Lord Sutch as his main political mentor.
