Neapolitan producer and DJ, Livio Improta builds
his musical and artistic personality in a frantic journey across the Mediterranean.
After the release of the debut EP “Analog.ie” on Rawax that led him in 2013 with “Mare010” to the presence on Fabric 71 mixed by Cassy, continues his journey into electronic music with releases on Bosconi Records and many other labels.
After the pandemic, he inaugurated his visual, editorial and musical project of ethnomusicology and
experimentation under the name Baldovino.
From Neapolitan wave to world music, from Italo-Disco to house music, passing through disco and funk, his shows are unpredictable and varied as he demonstrates with his latest work “Fondamentalismi”.
A 10-track exploration of broken, slow-motion rhythms covered in vinyl crackles and layers of atmospheric dust out Dec. 8 on the Tiella Sound label in 12” and digital formats.
