I discovered 5 Rhythms in 2019 and have been running grassroots ecstatic dance sessions for the Chettle community ever since.
It's current incarnation is the monthly Woods Wave, where we meet around the Full Moon to dance in the woods and fields of Chettle, surrounded by trees and birdsong.
