Personal Background

I am a native of Chicago, Illinois. I went to Chicago State University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Education, emphasizes in Elementary Education. I taught for over 10 years. Later, I went to Governors State University and earned my Masters of Arts degree in Educational Administration, where I was an assistant principal for three years and a principal for six years. I am currently a doctoral scholar enrolled in the University of Phoenix, planning to finish my doctorate from National Louis University in Educational Leadership.

Music Ministry Background
In my spare time, I am a church musician. I play the piano and organ, which I have done for over 30 years. I have had many opportunities to perform with great gospel artists and write music in which it was recorded and performed all over.
