If anyone would ask me “who I'm?”, I could say that my artistic personality is definitely influenced by ideas dedicated to humanity appreciation, my lifeline is blessed for having opportunities to learn from great teachers, I'm always surrounded with the great spirits and the extraordinary talents that inspires me to seek for the cultural ethics.
I'm Leonardas Pilkauskas – playing saxophone (flute and clarinet), composer, arranger, educator, leader and producer. I was born (1984) in Vilnius, the capital and oldest known city in Lithuania. This little country in the East-Europe, whose ancient language is most closely related to Sanskrit (a historical Indo-Aryan language), declared independence in the year 1990 after undergoing a long-term history ruled by foreign occupations.
