Le Mr. Ron Show

Born in Haiti and raised in Canada, I’m a graphic designer, illustrator, educator and lifelong music lover.

Music is part of everything I do. I wake up to music, drive to work with music and usually fall asleep to it. Last year, Spotify clocked me listening to more than 300 different genres.

I identify most with ’90s hip-hop, but I love electronic music and trip-hop. Massive Attack is my favorite group, and I’m fascinated by Robert Smith and The Cure. I also love ’80s music for its energy and beautiful naïveté.

Hip-hop also led me to discover soul, jazz and funk through sampling. That curiosity is really what Le Mr. Ron Show is all about: eclectic, multi-genre music and a genuine love of discovery.
