Born in Barcelona, he got seduced by the 90’s electronic music radio shows, producing his first mixes by mixing tunes recorded from the radio on a classic double deck tape recorder. Since then, on the technical side, he’s gone through every format: vinyl, cdj, Traktor, Serato, Rekordbox, etc.

On the truly essential, the music itself, he began buying USA and UK vocal house records (Black Vinyl, Defected), laying their tunes on the 2000’s in a music bar in Montmeló (BCN) followed by his interest for tech-house and minimal, but never giving up his soulful roots, and always focusing on the most dance-oriented electronic music, rightful heir of Chicago’s house scene.

After moving to Madrid, he’s been resident DJ in venues such as Moondance, Ancora Madrid & La Boite, always showing a very personal crossover style. Graduated with honors as a professional audio engineer and started his very own music & cinema radio show, El Smiley Espacio Radiofonico.
