José Ferrinho, also known as Lance D, is a Portuguese DJ.

In the beginning of the 90’s, he started listening to electronic music, such as Pop, Italo-Disco, Hip-house.
The emergence of groups like 2 Unlimited, Technotronic, M People, Robin S among many others helped sculpt the eclectic energy style that Lance D presents in his performances today.

His current style is a fusion of Minimal with Tech House, bringing solid and refreshing beats with urban character where you hear sounds from the most iconic synthesizers that marked the past decades. His sets are a blend of past and contemporary sounds in a perfect symbiosis.
