Lady Fingaz is a DJ, turntablist, producer, and vocalist whose career reflects deep musical roots and boundary-pushing artistry. Raised by a blues drummer, she began performing at an early age and studied voice and piano before mastering DJing, turntablism, and music production. As a founding member and producer of the all-female supergroup Femme Deadly Venoms, she helped the group place second in the U.S. Team DMC Championships in 2013. In 2016, she made history as the first DJ to perform inside the Jazz Tent at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and was featured on Grammy Award-winning artist Nicholas Payton’s Afro-Caribbean Mixtape project. In 2022, her production was featured on CBS’s The Equalizer following the release of her lo-fi album Hi-fi Lo-fi. In 2024 her production was also featured on the hit show Ginny and Georgia. In 2025, she unveiled her first house album, Cosmic Casa. Lady Fingaz continues to push genre boundaries while carving space for women in DJ culture.
