LaCiouS took 5th place in the D.M.C. Greek national DJ competition In 1998 and 6th place in the European Dj competition in 2008. In 2000 he received his diploma in Sound Recording Technology & Sound Engineering Technology from the M.I.A school in Athens. He also worked in many of the big sound recording studios, such as Sierra, Odeon, Sofita, 111 and Bk Studio. In 2004, he moved to Stuttgart, Germany, for further studies at the S.A.E. Institute. There, he dj-ed in bars and clubs in the city and collaborated with Paul Kalkbrenner. In 2007 he returned to Greece where he worked in studios and P.A. teams and at MEGA channel, until he moved to Star channel as a Sound Engineer, where he is employed today. Throughout this time, he has DJ-ed at clubs and bars in Greece, playing Deep house, Progressive, TechHouse, and Techno, and working with most of the big-name DJs in Greece. Finally, has been re-mixing and producing his own tracks. 2014 marks LaCiouS’s 20th year in his career.
