I am a Grand Forks native and love being a part of the North Dakota community. I have always had an excitement for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I have been a dancer and fitness instructor for several years of my life. I attended college in Grand Forks at The University of North Dakota. During this time I danced for the Fighting Sioux Dance Team. I graduated with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Communications (August of 2007). After graduation I relocated to Tempe, AZ where I continued my education at Arizona State University. While studying Kinesiology and Nutrition I was a Teaching Aid for Health Behavior Change course in the Exercise Science Department. After receiving my degree in Nutrition (August 2010) I relocated to Minneapolis, MN and worked for Whole Foods Market for the past two years until recently moving to Fargo, ND. While living in Minneapolis I became certified as Yoga Instructor through Corepower Y
