An Open Floor International Movement Teacher, certified Syzygy Outreach Facilitator, somatic psychotherapist and creator of Flagstaff Freemotion, she sees practices of embodiment through dance as a way of remembering the human connection to the natural world, to one another and as a path to knowing oneself with greater depth and clarity.
