March, 2009: To give this small injustice an explanation, the word bakkheia derives from Bacchus (Dionysus), the liberator. Patron of agriculture & theater, god of wine. He was known for inducing BAKKHEIA, a frenzy. A freeing of oneself through madness, drinking & ecstasy. And like the curly wire-headed child of a great fuck.. this is one of those mix-tapes that "just happened" & now has a life of its own.
The root concoction came out in a frenzy. I set down to bake up some diversion, and when it was over I listened back & liked the concept! ..spilled bits, stains in the carpet and all. Cleaning up was a matter of adding some filler & patching the most egregious holes (before the landlord saw).
An inner dialog transpires, as if the listener unwittingly chooses the red pill & steps on for a wacky, bacchanal bender of a trip. And just like an acid trip, it comes and throws in waves. Without warning a left turn at Raumpatrouville precipitates yet another irrational hallucination.

Thanks, Zulm! Yea ... I just turned on the lab & started throwing things around in a frenzied craze. That's oft my favorite thing to do.. http://www.mixcloud.com/kit0/psychedelic-cloud-ninjas was born in much the same way, with just a bit more focus on specific themes. Inspired by yours truly, and all the other cloud ninjas out there..!
The picture is hilarious also.

Respect and gratitude to you.
