I love music but never profess to being very musical; I usually worry about clapping in time!
My favourite time of the day is my twenty-minute calm start to the day; when I drink two cups of coffee with my feet up looking out of the window- checking out the early morning skies- while also listening to various chill-out mixes.
The flip side of this is my love of dancing and I have to say, although I grew up as a disco girl, I am now never happier than dancing at PowWow events I.E. rare 1950’s and 60’s rhythm and blues. People often think that I am an extrovert because I am an uninhibited dancer (I really don’t care who is watching – ‘cos the music is so fabulous!) but actually I am quite a private person and pretty selective about what I share online. www.kirstyesmith.co.uk
