I'm a pro musician-singer, guitarist, multi instrumentalist, and songwriter. I was born and raised in the Chicago area, but moved to Albuquerque NM in 1985 and now live in Edgewood NM, but I also have a residence in Twin Lakes WI. I began sing ing in the school choir and taking cornet lessons in 5th grade, and took up guitar in 7th grade in 1964. I played in a blues-rock band in the Chicago area called Beats Workin' '68-'71 in which I sang and played guitar, harp and lap steel.. I switched to bluegrass and then country music in the late 70's and took up mandolin, dobro, banjo, autoharp and dulcimer. I played in the Chicago area with White Buffalo and had a house stint at Carol's . In 1985 my wife and I moved to Albuquerque for a change of scenery and job opportunities. I had a regional band called Rare Breed that endeed up getting a long term house gig at the Caravan East in Albuquerque. I also began playing in local blues bands and did some local public access TV. I'm still here.
