I'm Musicselector (Aka. DJ Kilobyte) Most people know me as AL. I'm a DJ, VJ, all-around tech whiz, and Philly breaks pioneer... Dancing and DJing since the mid 90s., with over 31 years of DJ experience. My underground electronic music roots are in house, techno, drum and bass & breaks. I was a key member of the Reflective breaks crew in Philly from the early to late 2000s, spinning under the Discobotz and Kilobyte monikers.
These days you'll find me playing in the underground all over: burns, events, and at house parties near you. My honed style incorporates UK Bass, Breaks, and Breakbeats, while sneaking in House and Techno vibes, and other genre twists. Heady but also dancefloor oriented, I try to push my mixes, skills, and vibes to the fullest!
