Khairul Azhar also known as Funkayrol after he bagged and crowned as BEST NEW DJ in 2009 in town by Clubbing9, ever since then his passion towards electronic dance music never stop with his unique mixing skills and groovy tunes.

He been nominated at Choons Awards Best New DJ and Clubbing9 Best DJ Award in 2010 and in 2011 again his has been nomianted this time for Best House DJ in Choons Awards. He also secured a place in the much technically anticipated in Turn it Up DJ Battle where he bagged 1st Runners Up, semifinalist in 2010 Pioneer PRO DJ Battle and Malaysian DJ Battle lastly participated in DJ Reality Show on Astro Spin Master season 1 & 2
