Integrity, honesty and authenticity are my core values. I pursue a policy of openness and honesty, constrained by a fear of confrontation and castigation (even though it may be down to my interpretation !). Life is too short for mindgames. I enjoy the moment because that's the essence of enjoying life. I am passionate about the things that are important to me, but do not preach to others, but I do make them aware of my beliefs.I am a vegan with a love for animals and humanity (although I sometimes despair at man's inhumanity to man and animals).
