I'm lucky enough to have been part of the rave scene since 1992. My 'ravin' partner' and wife, have seen dance floors come and go, Sterns and World Dance, The Sanctuary, Bagleys, SE1 have all been part of our lives.
We were there for Decadance, and the last night ever at The Sanctuary and Bagleys. We have seen Sister Bliss tear it up at the only Gatecrasher Tour to come to Brighton and Boy George raise the atmosphere at The Zap and Coalition like I had never seen there before. I have seen the best days of the Honey Club '99-'02 when it was all about Trance and Hard house.
The heaviest bass I have ever experienced at Lydd Airport in the World Dance days, and seeing up and coming names like Billy 'Daniel' Bunter and Force & Styles play at Sterns in the early '90s
I still go partying whenever I can and recently saw one of my heroes Kenny Ken raise the roof at an intimate 200 people venue. It went off!
