I’m Kev Wilson
I started doing discos in 1975 and still continue to do so. I joined the Royal Navy aged 17 in 1977, whilst on board ship I did some broadcasting on the ships radio. When I left I started doing Hospital Radio at Sheppey General Hospital in the mid 80’s for about 5 years, when I had to leave due to work commitments. I moved to Allhallows and joined Allhallows Community Radio 4 years ago, and as a presenter and continue to do so and going into the new venture with Medway Sound. For the last 3 years or so I have had a regular spot on 106.9 SFM in Sittingbourne presenting Early Breakfast on a Saturday, Sunday Brunch and once a month do the Northern Soul Show along with drive time and the occasional breakfast show. I also have been out and about with the roadshow over this period with the station. Now a presenter on the Isle of Sheppey at 95.6BRFM. I also volunteer at a special needs school doing there discos.
