In 1983 I saw on the news, these guys break dancing in new York. Then discovered the mike Allen show on London radio, playing all the new tunes from America like electro-funk and hip hop. Since that time I've been collecting electro and hip-hop since. Then my mates and I found out that some these tunes used old funk and jazz records. They used only small parts of the record usually the drums or breakdowns of the record. Then we started collect the original records if we could or the breaks and beats collections. I've been hooked every since.
