Freelance photographer.
Born in 1973 at Tokyo, Japan. I moved to Paris in 1996 where I developed my point of view and my approach photographic, after spending 6 years working and doing numerous exhibitions as solo and as group, I returned to Asia in 2002.
My portrait work has been featured in Asahi Camera and the documentary works about Japan published editorially in major magazines and news paper including Libération, Le Matin, ELLE magazine, Figaro magazine, Bilanz, Média magazine, Newsweek, GQ, The Times,WIRED and more. My portrait work has been shown in photo-festivals including "Les rencontres d'Arles" in 1998 (finalist : Voie OFF) and again in 2000.
From 2007 I live and work between Tokyo and Beijing.
