I have been a hairdresser since 1991.
I studied at Vidal Sasson in England and developed my style
further at Children of Vision.

After my training,I spent four years in London working in salons and on fashion shows and shots, before returning to Japan.
I worked for 7 years at Fiber Zoom in Kobe.
During this time I was working on learning new techiques and developing new hairstyles.

I also started training and coaching other hair stylists
in basic & creative hairstyle.
After a year I was promoted to manager of the salon and
oversaw the training and management of the other stylists.

After doing this for 6 years I decided it was time to open my own salon.
Since opening BOBS I have focussed on developing my own style,
as well as teaching the fundamentals of hairs to others.
In addition to this Ihave worked on numerous magazine photo shoots.
I am always looking for fresh inspiration and ideas in the spirit and aesthetic of traditional Japanese culture.
