KENG~, born Maurizio Caggiano, is a dad, science and information technology teacher, producer,
multimedia creator, percussionist, decorator and composer. The project was born in 2005, with a small EP, Wysiwig. Many participations in festivals (also international). Since 2005 when Maurizio was interested in electronic experimentation, IDM and glitchcore, his style has evolved towards the electro-acoustic and ‘musique concrete’ scene. His performances are always a journey into the world of psychedelia, gliding from ambient to progressive psytrance to the darker and faster sounds of forest psytrance and hi-tech (under the pseudonym Spappolacervelletti). His influences are disparate, each of his live shows is also shaped by interaction with the audience, which leads into parallel realities, alien soundscapes, sidereal or tribal harmonies, as the case may be.
