I am most comfortable in the here and now. Ill travel to the future here and again to know what im looking forward to. Ill relive the past to deal with unfinished business as it arises. I walk a lot, talk even more. I am sensitive to doubt, disrespect and condescention. I have gotten over the thought that I am a buddhist monk, impervious to emotion, and allow pain to come and go. I have found that the only way to stay happy and healthy is to deal with things as they come along no matter what it is. I am moving into the next level of my life now, where fun and work go hand in hand.
