First off i would like to dedicate this mix to my beautiful Mum who sadly past the other day and to anyone else that has felt the pain of loosing a loved one to Cancer :(
This is a mix of chilled but positive and uplifting liquid drum and bass, featuring artists such as Calibre, Hugh Hardie, Athena, Bert H, Etherwood and possibly my favourite release of the year Calibre's remix of Collage by Lady Blackbird.

Really sorry to hear about your Mum's passing Keith and hope you're doing ok considering. This mix is a beautiful dedication - the tune selection is so nice and positive and the mixing is smooth as silk - great work. I've always found mixing is a perfect form of escape and mood lifter when dealing with rough times and it's helped me immensly over the years, especially the lockdown ones and times of loss. Thoroughly enjoyed this set - respect mate!

At times like this I find it really helpful to throw yourself into doing something creative like this and itβs paid off massively, love the liquid vibes of this one and exactly the sort of mix Iβd love to put together, not a bad track in here at all and a couple Iβve taken note of for future use! Agreed on the opening track, I already have it earmarked for a βbest ofβ end of year mix π
Thanks so much for the nice comment Slim :) I would say getting back into mixing has definitely helped me over the past two years with not being able to see friends through lockdown and everything else that has gone on. Just putting your mind into something you love rather than everyday work really does help :)
