I enjoy music of just about all types, but I'm not such a big fan of country or rap. That said, I do like thumping bass that's not hiphop or R&B, so I listen to a lot of electronic dance music. I've been a huge Pink Floyd fan over the years, as is the same for Rush and Van Halen. Of course, The Doors and the Beatles figure in just as significantly. You could also find me listening to Alice in Chains... or even classical music.

As for visual entertainment, video games seemed to have replaced the television, but there are specific types of tv programs I'll watch, and it's just about anything sci fi.
