Karsten Dietze, also known as DJ Colorido, was born in January 1963 in Berlin. He listened to the favorite stars of his father - Elvis, Fats Domino, as well as orchestral music like Bert Kempfert or Ray Conniff. In the teenage age Karsten's musical direction went more and more towards Soul and Funk, which he continues to favor today. Between 1988 and 1992 he was also DJ and radio host, finally at the Berlin radio station R.E. -Fm, on 107.85 Mhz.
Since about 2005, lounge and chillout music has become one of his favorite genres - a musical mix, colorful as our world.
