I started young, from around age 4, recording films and making little mixtapes on my tape recorder. From there, music became a real part of my life. As I got older, I built my own bedroom setup, got creative, and kept pushing my sound. Mixtapes, mix CDs and mix videos have always been part of my journey. I helped create 10 Tigers Sound System, then Metroflex Sound System, and later built my lane through DJ King Smokes and Smokes & Bluntz. I’ve DJed and MC’d across the UK in clubs, events and on radio, plus overseas in Corfu, Greece, MCing at Crash Bar with the late legendary MC Manic B, DJ Simon Says, and as MC Smokes.
