Justin Scott creates music inspired by a plethora of genres, from rock to pop, from hip-hop to afro-beat; his visions of electronic music are always more that just blips and beeps. He started his musical journey at age ten and spent may years learning many different instruments and eventually graduating from one of the world’s most prestigious Recording Colleges in early ‘01.
But his passion for EDM truly started the mid 90’s, amidst the then booming South Florida rave scene when he was truly exposed to electronic music at smoke filled, laser lit night clubs in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. He quickly became a sought after electro/breaks DJ under numerous monikers and over the years has played on bills along side the likes of Afrika Bambaataa, Busta Rhymes, Ritchie Hawtin, and Dynamix II, just to name a few.
Since the recent genre-smashing-music-revolution, he’s been in the studio, perfecting his ‘new’ sound and sharing stages and knowledge with some of best musicians.
