Born in France, Julien’s knowledge of the music industry stems from organising music events and festivals in Paris from 2002. Arriving in Derry in 2006, he began djing in local venues, playing at ska nights. His passion for Afro-beat, Latin and World music was a natural step from his Reggae and Hip Hop roots and also served to attract the attention of local and national promoters. Whilst performing at a variety of festivals in the U.K and Ireland, Julien caught our eyes and ears! We snapped him up to join the Bounce collective in March 2010, assisting us in our education program and performing at our events.
