Julien Faure, aka El Julio, has been dedicated to electronic music since the mid-80’s,
during the emergence of the Acid House movement from neighboring Belgium.
El Julio has reunited with DJ'ing introducing an eclectic crossover of classic and
contemporary EDM from over 25 years engaging electronic music scenes from Paris, London and Cape Town.
Inspired by the likes of Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Aphex Twin, Umek, The Chemical Brothers, Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills, Simon Posford & Orbital, El Julio remains true to his particular style of mixing, crossing music genres through Deep/Progressive/Tech House, Minimal and Techno effortlessly, as he educates his crowds with a physical and mental underground experience. 
El Julio also recently started a collaboration for the live performances of the notorious SA band iScream & Chocolate Stix (SA Best Alternative Album Of The Year SAMA award 2013). In concert at Mr Price Pro Ballito  in Durban, the band reached a 15K audience
