House music, in all it's variations, deep, tech, techno, progressive, a little hard, minimal, a little funky, yeah I'm a house head mainly. I can't exercise without it; & occasionally I dance! Tickles my brain & makes me feel happier. Even at age 51. I don't want to ever get over it. It's been good to me. It still switches me on :-)

I also like some dub, some soca, some gospel, some chill, some downtempo, some genreal dance tunes, bit of trance, and more.
