I'm author of the book Sound Business and chairman of The Sound Agency. I advise companies on how to make the right sound in every area - offices, shops, public places, advertising, music on hold and so on. Most of them are completely unconscious about the noise they are making, so we have a world that sounds awful. My mission is to make the world sound better.
