Semhal Tekleab is an Ethiopian-based DJ/Producer. She started her career at the age of 16 and just within a year of working in the DJing Scene, she not only performed at the biggest events in Ethiopia like Korenti, Taste of Addis, Glow in Addis, Zendero, Zoya, and ilovedeep, but was the youngest DJ to do it at the time. On top of being a female DJ. She was also the first female DJ to ever play Korenti. Semhal’s energy and enthusiasm accompanied by unique song choices on stage has captured the attention of both Teen and Adult Audiences. Exciting things are coming up for this young female DJ as she’ll be performing at her first international event in Nairobi Kenya this December and also working on her first highly anticipated ep.
