In 2010 John O'Shea started work on the debut album Ad Nauseam. After a year of preparation John met Anna Thomas in March 2011 through Tech Music School and together they recorded the album at Gizzard Studios. Once the album was completed John met another Tech Music student Rosie Botterill through Anna and Chris Pinkton through an advert. After just a few gigs 2 more friend of Anna's Nathan Baldachino and Joe Steward completed the line up of JOS.
JOS having been gigging from since the end of 2011 ever since.
