I'm a senior nutrition major at SUNY Plattsburgh with many interests including writing, fitness, social issues and being out in nature. I'm a regular performer at Plattsburgh's open mic events and enjoy building my talent and creativity. Previously, my weekly radio show at WQKE (93.9 fm) covered issues related to natural health, the environment and whatever else I happened to be inspired about. I attempt to base my works from an ethical conscience, with the intent of doing my part to promote a more informed and equitable world.
