Jonesy (Joonas) got interested in percussions back in the 2004, when he got his own djembe and lost himself in drum circles. His rhythmical roots lie in traditional music mostly nyabinghi, african and south-american. He has played at clubs and outdoors since 2006 with artists like Mayd Hubb, Epeak, Raappana, Puppa J, Maksimi Voima. Whole drum culture is very close to his heart and everytime he meets someone who wants to play, he teaches "play for feet, not for the head." He is now enjoying a break from playing live -just to get some time.
